LAYOUT:
We downloaded this diagram from sportsmobile.com they actually have a lot of vans available on their site so you can use these to create a scale layout of your van ideas

LAYOUT:
I have a design background so I edited the rest of these in Adobe Illustrator, we were able to move pieces around and grow this into our final build.

APPLIANCES:
Once we had decided on this layout and purchased a lot of our larger items we were able to see which things needed power and where they would be located.

WIRING:
Now we could see where the wiring would need to run. Which items needed to run via the control panel switches, which were to be hard wired in and which needed outlet plugs. Seemed simple on paper….

DETAIL:

Here’s a closer look at the wiring for the batteries. The Breaker panel came pre-wired which is a big help, here is also a link to buy this panel if you want the same, they also have a smaller one or one with more AC, admittedly ours may be overkill but we like it.
